The Anew Operations Portal (“the portal”) is the internal work system of Anew Senior Placement (“Anew”, “we”). These terms apply to everyone who signs in to it. By signing in you agree to them.
Who may use the portal
The portal is for Anew’s own staff and the people Anew authorizes to work with it. There is no public sign-up: an Anew administrator creates each account. Access is personal and ends when an administrator deactivates the account, for example when someone leaves Anew.
Your account
- Keep your password private and do not share your account.
- Tell an Anew administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- Sign out on any device that other people use, and do not leave the portal open on an unattended screen.
Acceptable use
Use the portal only for Anew’s business. The client, family and facility information in it is confidential, and much of it is health and care information: look at only what your work needs, and do not copy it out of the portal except as your work requires. Do not try to reach data or functions your role does not give you, interfere with the portal’s operation, or probe its security.
QuickBooks Online
An Anew administrator may connect the portal to Anew’s own QuickBooks Online company, through Intuit’s sign-in and with Intuit’s permission screen. Once connected, the portal reads the company name, customers, service items and invoices, and, only when an administrator asks it to, creates a customer or an invoice. It never sends an invoice to anyone and never deletes anything in QuickBooks. An administrator can disconnect at any time from the portal’s Settings page or from QuickBooks itself; after that the portal has no access.
QuickBooks is Intuit’s service and is governed by Intuit’s own terms. Anew is responsible for the invoices it creates there.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the portal available and its records accurate, but it is provided as it is, without any warranty, and there may be interruptions for maintenance or causes outside our control. We may change the portal and these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Anew is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the portal, or from its being unavailable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
